He is trained to perform experments like sientists did in labs. Famrer follow the ful protocol of experment cycle to facilitate the inoovations, discoveries and learnings.
During the training period of FFS farmers perform many experments regarding crop management issues along with management, organization development and other social aspects to find out the best way of livling.
